Refund Policy

At Orivyn Innovations, we stand behind the quality of our creative services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our digital production and multimedia services.

1. General Policy

Due to the custom, labor-intensive, and creative nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@orivyninnovations.com.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that digital creative work involves subjective interpretation and iterative refinement, and that a full refund is not guaranteed once work has commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before any work has started and no deliverables have been shared, you are eligible for a full refund of any deposit or payment made.

2.2 During Initial Review Phase

If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of project kickoff and only discovery or planning materials have been exchanged (e.g., mood boards, scripts, or outlines), you may receive a partial refund at our discretion, minus any non-recoverable costs.

2.3 After Work Has Progressed

No refunds will be issued once creative production has begun (e.g., asset creation, animation, coding, or audio production), unless we have materially failed to deliver as agreed in your project scope.

In such exceptional cases, a prorated refund may be considered based on the portion of work not performed.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Deposits for custom projects (non-refundable after work begins)
  • Third-party expenses (e.g., software licenses, stock assets, domain fees)
  • Services already delivered and approved by the client
  • Consultation or strategy sessions once completed
  • Work paused or delayed at the client’s request beyond 30 days

4. Revisions vs. Refunds

Our process includes agreed-upon revision rounds to ensure your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a deliverable, please request revisions first—refunds are not a substitute for the revision process.

We are committed to your satisfaction and will work diligently to meet your vision within the agreed scope.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  • Email us at info@orivyninnovations.com
  • Include your project name, invoice number, and reason for cancellation
  • Specify whether you’re requesting a full or partial refund
  • Allow up to 7 business days for review and response

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

6. Disputes

If you believe your refund request was unjustly denied, you may escalate the matter by contacting us directly. We strive to resolve all concerns fairly and amicably.

Unresolved disputes are subject to the same governing law and jurisdiction as outlined in our Terms of Service (Commonwealth of Kentucky, Nelson County).
